Health Coverage
Group health insurance is effective the first day of the second month following the month employment begins. In other words, if you start at any time in January, your coverage will begin on March 1. Some of the other benefits are:
• 75% of the premium for the selected medical plan is company-paid.
• There is an excellent short-term disability plan.
• The employee share of the health insurance premium is deducted via a Section 125 - pre-tax reimbursement account for health and dependent care.
Life Insurance

Watchfire will match up to 50% of employee contributions up to 6% deferral of income, with a five-year vesting plan.

We don’t just pay lip service to competitive salaries; we use Illinois Compensation Data from the Illinois Chamber of Commerce to benchmark salaries and benefits.
Holidays & Vacation
In the first year, employees receive 2 weeks of vacation and 3 floating holidays, pro-rated from start date, and the remaining holidays in that year (9 annually).
Employees receive 3 weeks of vacation after 5 years of employment and 4 weeks per year after 10 years.
